At FluffCo, we stand behind the quality of the Zen Pillow. We want you to experience hotel-level comfort at home with complete confidence. If your pillow isn’t the perfect fit, our return process is simple and hassle-free.

Our Guarantee

  • Full-Priced Items – If you change your mind within 30 nights, you may return your pillow for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Sale Items – Sale items may be returned within 30 nights for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available on discounted items.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original condition, with packaging intact

  • Free from damage, stains, or misuse

  • Returned with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, pillows that have been heavily used or soiled cannot be accepted.

How to Return

  • Complete the Returns Form – Contact our team at [email protected] to request a returns form.

  • Pack Your Item Securely – Include your pillow, original packaging, and the completed returns form in a protective carton.

  • Ship Back to Us – Send your return via a registered courier service. (Please note: we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.)

Processing Your Return

  • Once received, we’ll process your return within 2–5 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (please allow extra time depending on your bank).

  • Exchanges or store credits will be issued promptly after inspection.

  • If your pillow is faulty or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping and replace or refund the product in line with consumer protection laws.

  • Returns are accepted for online purchases only.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

  • Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs office are non-refundable.
